Let's talk about clothes and confidence.
Have you ever put on an outfit that makes you feel like you can conquer the world? I definitely have. But here's the thing, it's not just about looking good, it's about feeling good about who you are too, which isn’t always easy.
Social media is constantly trying to make us feel like we're not good enough unless we look like the next Kendall Jenner. I used to fall into this trap all the time, comparing myself to other girls and obsessing over every flaw. But then things changed.
Vlad and I got food poisoning on one of our most recent trips, and I started to become underweight. I was frustrated, but then I stopped counting calories. I started to develop a healthier relationship with food and that's when my confidence really started to grow.
Now, I am practicing loving and accepting my body and myself unconditionally. Because, honestly, confidence is the best thing you can wear. So, let's all give ourselves a break and embrace our own unique beauty. Because when you do, you'll shine brighter than any outfit ever could. ♡
